Hey, I’m Utkarsh.

By day, I’m a recent graduate from Ramjas College (University of Delhi), which officially means I have a degree and am now qualified to be an adult. By night, I’m the guy with 12 browser tabs open, usually trying to figure out how to build... well, just about anything.

I have a bit of an obsession with how things work—and how to make them work better.

My brain is basically 50% "How can we grow this?" and 50% "But wait, what does the data say?"

My Wild Rabbit Holes

This has led me down a few wild rabbit holes. So far on my journey:

1. I’ve built a startup (which, to my surprise, actually got acquired).
2. I’ve launched products from scratch.
3. I even started a YouTube channel on crypto and investing that, somehow, over a million people have watched. It turns out I’m not the only one curious about this stuff.

So, what is Utkarsh Notes?

Honestly, this blog is my attempt to organize the chaos. It’s a collection of my ideas, strategies, and lessons learned from trying (and sometimes spectacularly failing) to build cool stuff. Expect to find my notes on:

1. Product Management (making things people actually want)
2. Growth & Marketing (getting people to find those things)
3. Analytics (proving that what I'm doing is working)
4. Navigating the world as an overly ambitious 21-year-old.

What about when I’m not working?

When I’m not glued to a screen, I’m probably planning my next trip. I have a serious case of wanderlust and a running list of places to see.

I’m convinced the best ideas come when you’re 30,000 feet in the air or hopelessly lost in a new city.
